Valet Cabin – Masaar by Arada

This project involved the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of a prefabricated valet cabin for Masaar by Arada, a premium gated community in Sharjah, UAE. The cabin was designed as a compact, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing facility for valet and security operations, combining durable construction with essential amenities.

Cabin Specifications

• Size: 1.5 Mtr L x 1.5 Mtr W x 3.2 Mtr H
• Included: 1 x Security Room, 1 x Door, and 3 x Windows
• Frame: Steel Base Chassis
• Walls: Internal and external aluminium composite panel walls
• Door: Powder-coated aluminium door with lock and spare keys
• Windows: Powder-coated aluminium frame windows
• Flooring: Cement board finished with ceramic tiles

HVAC System

The cabin is equipped with a 1.0 Ton split air-conditioning unit, providing a comfortable working environment throughout the year.

Electrical & Lighting

The electrical and lighting system includes:

• Switches and sockets
• LED lights
• AC isolator
• Distribution board (DB)

Additional Features

To enhance functionality and user comfort, the valet cabin includes:

• Canopy
• 2 x built-in three-person chairs

These additions provide shaded external space and comfortable seating for personnel while complementing the overall design of the cabin.
