1. Dimensions & Capacity

Size: 8.0 meters (L) x 3.0 meters (W).
Separate Male & Female Sections
- Male Toilets: 2 Toilet Cabins + 2 Washbasins.
- Female Toilets: 2 Toilet Cabins + 2 Washbasins.

2. Structural Build & Durability

Frame & Chassis

Steel Base Chassis: Provides a sturdy and durable foundation, ensuring long-term usability in outdoor environments.

Walls & Insulation

External & Internal Walls: Constructed with Fire-Rated Aluminium Composite Panels, offering fire resistance, durability, and an easy-to-maintain surface.
Insulation:
- 50mm Thick Rock Wool (16 Kg/m³ density) with aluminium bottom foil, ensuring thermal and acoustic efficiency.

Doors

Powder-Coated Aluminium Frame Doors for enhanced durability, weather resistance, and security.

3. Sanitary Features & Plumbing

Toilet Cabins

European-Style WCs: Installed in each toilet cabin, providing a clean and modern restroom experience.
Shattaf (Handheld Bidet Spray): Included for enhanced hygiene and user convenience.

Common Area

Washbasins: Each male and female section features two washbasins with water taps, ensuring easy access to handwashing facilities.

Water & Waste Tank Provision

Water Tank & Waste Tank: Not included, but provisions are provided for future installations based on client requirements.

4. Flooring & Interior Design

Flooring: Cement Board covered with PVC Parquet, offering a stylish, waterproof, and easy-to-clean surface.

5. Ventilation & HVAC System

Exhaust Fans: Each toilet cabin is equipped with an exhaust fan with a powder-coated aluminium frame for enhanced air circulation and odor control.

6. Electrical & Lighting System

LED Lights: Energy-efficient lighting for a well-lit and comfortable interior.
Switches & Sockets: Strategically placed for easy access and functionality.
AC Isolator & DB (Distribution Board): Ensures safe and efficient electrical distribution.
