Modular Porta Cabin

This project covers the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of a modular porta cabin with an overall size of 18.0 meters (Length) x 8.0 meters (Width). The unit is designed to serve as a functional office facility with dedicated spaces, combining durability, modern aesthetics, and efficient space utilization.

Scope of Work:
The modular cabin will include the following internal areas:

• 1 x Meeting Room
• 2 x Office Rooms
• 1 x Manager Room
• 1 x IT Room
• 1 x Store
• 1 x Male Toilet
• 1 x Female Toilet
• 1 x Kitchen Area

Technical Specifications:

• Frame:
  Robust steel base chassis ensuring structural stability, strength, and long-term durability.
• Walls:
  Internal and external walls constructed with aluminium composite panels (ACP), providing excellent insulation, weather resistance, and a clean, modern finish.
  Toilet and kitchen areas will be finished with half-height wall tiles for hygiene and ease of maintenance.
• Internal Partitions:
  10mm single-glazed glass partitions, offering a contemporary office look while maintaining visibility and natural light flow.
• Doors:
  Powder-coated aluminium frame doors designed for durability, corrosion resistance, and smooth operation.
• Windows:
  Powder-coated aluminium frame windows ensuring ventilation, natural lighting, and long-lasting performance.
• Flooring:
  Cement board base finished with high-quality floor tiles, providing strength, durability, and easy maintenance.
• HVAC:
  Provision for HVAC systems will be included to allow future installation of air conditioning units as per client requirements.
• Electrical & Lighting:
  Complete electrical setup including:
  • Switches and sockets
  • LED lighting fixtures
  • AC isolator
  • Distribution board (DB)
    All installations will adhere to standard safety and quality requirements.
