This project involved the design and fabrication of a modular portable toilet cabin designed to provide a practical, hygienic, and durable sanitation facility for deployment in Somalia. The compact modular design allows for efficient use of space while providing essential sanitary and utility facilities.

• Size: 3.0 Mtr L x 2.0 Mtr W x 2.4 Mtr H
• Included: 2 x Toilet Cabins
• Wash Basins: 2 x Wash Basins
• Water Tank: Not applicable – provision provided
• Waste Tank: Not applicable – provision provided

Construction & Finishes

• Internal Walls: PVC sheet finish
• External Walls: Aluminium composite panel
• Doors: Powder-coated aluminium frame doors
• Flooring: 18mm cement board finished with PVC sheet

Sanitary & Plumbing

Each toilet cabin is equipped with:

• European-style WC
• Shattaf
• Washbasin with water tap

A PPR piping system is provided for the fresh water supply and sanitary connections.

Ventilation

An exhaust window is provided for each toilet cabin to support natural ventilation and air circulation.

Electrical & Lighting

The cabin includes:

• LED lights
• Electrical switches
